About the Author

Lagna Pany is a fiction creative writer and a poet. The theme of her writings deals with social issues. Her short stories abounds with social anecdotes and the prevailing situation of the social fabric, she belongs to. She is a graduate in Chemistry from Utkal University and holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Promotions. She is the Chief Resource Manager at CSM Technologies, an IT firm from Odisha. She has been a Communications Expert for over 14 years, involved in concept designing and content management of various projects in the organization. She has taken to writing very early in her life and been an active member in publishing her works in Sulekha.com and Scribd.com to start. She is also associated with various writer groups in Facebook and Twitter handles. Her first book was a collection of short stories named On a Cup of Coffee (SANBUN Publishers, 2008). One of her poems has also appeared in an anthology The Significant Anthology (Morph Publishers, 2015). When she isn't writing, she is photographing. She lives with her husband in Odisha in a company of 2 kids and her pet dog.
